2. Account Registration and Access
- You must register a Nexly Cloud account before using our services and ensure all submitted information is accurate and truthful.
- Your account is for personal or internal organizational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared without permission.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
3. Service Fees and Auto-Renewal
- Our services operate on a prepaid billing model, and payment must be completed before service activation.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default. The system will automatically attempt to charge the linked payment method before the service expiry date to prevent service disruption.
- You may disable auto-renewal at any time via your account dashboard. If you fail to disable it and payment is processed, your service will be automatically extended.
- All prices are subject to change and are based on real-time pricing published on our website. Promotions, currency variations, or regional pricing may apply.
4. Refund Policy
- Unless required by law or otherwise explicitly stated in our refund policy, all purchases are non-refundable.
- No refund will be granted if service is terminated due to violation of these Terms.
- In the event of a verified failure on our part to deliver the service as described, we may offer compensation or a partial refund at our discretion.
